This is a frame mount only, No cones come with this mount. If you already have solid precision-rp cones you can use them. If you are trying to move your parabolic from an older KTM/HSQ and you run you handlebars in the same position, this is all you need. All the other parts will transfer over. If you are trying to move your parabolic damper from another brand motorcycle you may need different linkage also. Email us from what bike to what bike and the handlebar position of both bikes and we will let you know exactly what you will need.
